1. Firmly squeeze the bridge of your nose for 5 seconds. This improves vision, even if it’s temporary. This is due to the “pinhole" effect, changes in tear film distribution, and temporary relief of muscle tension, sinus, or eyelid pressure.
2. Wash your face with cold, clean water every
morning and night. Change your pillowcase every 3–4 days and your bed sheets weekly to help remove excess oil, dirt, sweat, bacteria, and dead skin cells. These simple habits help keep your pores clear, support healthier skin, and reduce the buildup of impurities that contribute to breakouts.
3. Get outside. Breathe deeply, get moving, de-stress and let nature recharge you.
4.
Put your phone away and truly experience the moment, the event, the celebration. Your phone records moments. Your presence creates memories.
5. Bring more to bed than just your pillow. Make time for affection, intimacy, and genuine connection. A loving relationship strengthens trust, deepens emotional bonds, eases tension, and reminds your partner they're valued. It says "I'm here," "I choose you," and "You matter." Few
things strengthen a relationship more than feeling truly loved, trusted, and connected.
